My Ultimate Hack For Building MORE Lean Muscle FASTER

I’ve been working out for well over a decade and even as my fitness interests changed, one thing has stayed the same: my appreciation of a strong, muscular body.

One of my biggest passions in life is promoting how lifting weights and building muscle does NOT mean having to sacrifice your femininity.

Female bodies are amazing. They’re incredibly strong and resilient… buuuuuuut it can be very frustrating trying to build more muscle and gain even more strength. Speaking for myself, I’ve really struggled to balance the whole “lose fat, build muscle” conundrum.

It also felt like I was doing all the “right” things to build muscle, and I still wasn’t seeing any fruits of my labor. The journey was exhausting, demotivating, and it was just overall frustrating trying to reach my fitness goals.

Even with getting my nutrition on track, making sure I was sleeping and resting enough, dedicating myself to many different structured muscle-building program, and grinding it out in the gym, I STILL really struggled to put on lean muscle.

It felt like I was giving 110% day-in and day-out, and getting far less in return for my hard work and discipline.

Don’t get me wrong – it takes time and commitment to build lean muscle… ESPECIALLY as a female. But I just knew deep down that there was a puzzle piece that was missing. And that piece was standing between me and my goals.

My gut feeling (pun intended!) was that I was putting in alllll the physical work to build lean muscles, but all the nutrient-dense proteins I was eating just weren’t being properly optimized and leveraged by my body.

One day, while I was in some corner of the internet doing research, I happened to (believe it or not!) stumble upon the BiOptimizers MassZymes supplement.

I never thought that I’d be the kind to sing the praises of supplements and tell all my friends and family (and now you, dear reader!) about it, but lol here I am…

I just feel so relieved to have finally found my holy grail and to be able to take charge of my own health and crush all those goals I set for myself. It’s also incredibly fulfilling to be able to share my own experience so that I could possibly help transform the lives of others who share the same struggles as I did not too long ago.


Having taken MassZymes for so many years now, I’ve discovered other hacks of my own to optimize my body’s performance. Here are some of my favorite ways to use them:

  • WAKING UP FULL FROM LAST NIGHT’S MEAL: When I’ve eaten too much the previous night and wake up the next morning still full and uncomfortable, I immediately take about 2-3 capsules with water to kickstart my digestion and the discomfort goes away quickly!
  • EATING HIGH-PROTEIN MEALS: When I’m consuming high-protein meals, I always take 2-3 capsules with each meal to optimize protein digestion. Combined with my fitness routine (I tend to be on either a bodybuilding or powerlifting program), I’ve seen noticeable muscle gainz so I feel realllllly good about my protein actually working to build more lean muscles! 😄
  • TROUBLE POOPING/CONSTIPATION: This is my absolute favorite hack! I’ve found that when I have trouble pooping, taking 2-3 capsules on an empty stomach has me going to the bathroom about 45-60 minutes later! If my digestion is extra sluggish, I take double that dose (4-6 capsules) the night before and am ready to poop the next morning.
  • INDULGING IN CHEAT MEALS: My cheat meals are often “naughtier” high-calorie foods that cause my digestion to be a little more sluggish. I like taking about 4-5 capsules (along with these P3-OM probiotics) and the combination really helps with bloating, discomfort, and gut inflammation.
  • DAILY MAINTENANCE: I’ve been taking 2-3 capsules minimum every day (typically with dinner at the very least) and found that I could sleep much better without feeling full. AND! The best part is waking up the next morning feeling refreshed and even better – I get my healthy morning poop in shortly after waking. This might be TMI but… the proof is in the poop!
  • TRAVELING TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES: Whenever I travel, I tend to suffer from some digestive issues like bloating and constipation because of the time difference, schedule changes, and different foods my body is not used to. Taking 2-3 capsules with every meal really helps me travel and vacation with ease so I can enjoy all the delicious foods in that country and make the most out of my trip!
